Fahrbach’s Butler vs. Richmond slideshow
As usual, Brad Stevens and his Butler Bulldogs found a way on Wednesday night.
And as usual, ISL photographer Ben Fahrbach was there to capture it all at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
In Butler’s first game without the services of injured leading scorer Rotnei Clarke, the Bulldogs handled Richmond 62-47.
Andrew Smith scored 15 points, Kellen Dunham had 11 and Roosevelt Jones added 10 points and 12 rebounds.
Darien Brothers scored 12 points to lead Richmond. The Spiders shot just 33 percent from the field.
The Bulldogs outrebounded Richmond 53-20. Butler shot 38 percent but had 20 offensive rebounds.
Butler made just 5 of 19 3-pointers. The Bulldogs must be more efficient Saturday when they host Gonzaga.
Below is a series of photos Fahrbach took at the game.
