Purdue drops heartbreaker to Eastern Michigan
Purdue lost another heartbreaker on Saturday, dropping a 20-19 decision to Eastern Michigan. Freshman kicker Chad Ryland made the late go-ahead field goal from 24 yards out to lift the Eagles.

The Boilermakers took a 19-17 lead on D.J. Knox’s 45-yard touchdown run with 6:41 left. Knox had a career-high 152 yards rushing and Markell Jones added 109.
